Box Collectors Wanted:

Gerry Chapple our lead Box Collector for the Paignton area would love to hear from anyone who would be willing to empty some of our RNLI Collecting boxes in the area.  The boxes are a key source of income for TLF and we are so grateful that many businesses agree to place our boxes in their premises for public donations.  Please contact Gerry on 01803 523145 or gerrychapple@hotmail.com

Kili Presentation:

Our thanks to “Barney” and his team who gave us a wonderful presentation of the Kili Challenges at Brixham Rugby Club recently.  60+ folk packed in to listen and watch what the Crew got up to during those 14 months.  Well Done guys and the total donations are not too far off £100,000. https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/RNLITorbayKili23

General:

The Committee and I remain truly appreciative of all you do in terms of events such as Cover the Flag, Volunteering in our Retail outlets, Lifeboat tours etc, however recently we have organised events for members which have been a great deal less successful than we had hoped (Beetle Drive and last week’s Quiz Night at the Cricket Club) to name two.

If there are events which you feel you would like us to organise then please tell us.

Peter
