“One Crew” Photos:
During our Anniversary year in 2024 Crew Member and ace RNLI photographer Nigel Millard took some photographs not only of Lifeboat Crew members but some Fundraisers and Water Safety Team members.
Currently the RNLI Digital Team is in the final stages of producing a new RNLI website for Branches which we in Torbay have been involved in developing.
One of the key “pages” on the website is dedicated to our Crew, however bearing in mind our ethos about the One Crew (everyone reading this Newsletter for example) we are asking if anyone else would like their photograph taken by Nigel to eventually be featured on the Crew page. If so, simply reply to me via this message and we will make arrangements with Nigel. It is more than likely the location will be around the Lifeboat Station.
Could I suggest a final date of Friday 4 April for your responses please?
Events Programme:
Next week the TLF Committee will agree the final May – August Programme for publication/circulation, as usual this is THE main Programme for our Fundraising activities during the year and we shall really appreciate your participation and support during these coming 4 months. There are some exciting new Events which we hope you will enjoy.
Up and Coming Events:
Wednesday 9 April: Coffee Morning @ Brixham Rugby Club 10 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.
Refreshments, Raffle, Cake Stall £3 on the Door
Saturday 12 April: Souvenirs and Cover the Flag @ Pier Point Restaurant/Princess Theatre, Torquay .. 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Volunteers needed to manage the following Stalls;- Crafts, Books, Cakes/Jams, Jigsaws, Bric-a-Brac
