May Events: Part 1
May Day Stalls – Pirate Weekend Sunday May 4 – 10am. – 4 pm @ LBS
Our first “toe in the water” Event of the new Programme. Volunteers required to manage the Stalls: Crafts, Books, Cakes/Jams, Jigsaws, Bric-a-Brac. Also help appreciated to set up the Stalls (from 9a.m. & dismantle them at 4 p.m.) If you can only come for a couple of hours whilst others grab some lunch that will be appreciated. Sunday 11 May 10 am – 6 pm “Mayday” Offshore Music/Food Festival – Princess Gardens (“Banjo”), Torquay
We have made this our Mayday Fundraiser as Offshore Bar & Bays Brewery present a day full of music and food. Torbay Lifeboats are the main beneficiaries; we need volunteers to manage the 2 Entrances where Donation buckets will be placed. Also we need help to sell Raffle tickets during the Event and we will have a Souvenir Stall present so that will require staffing.
Based on last years Event at the nearby Offshore Bar/Restaurant it will be a “packer”, which should be good £££££ news for us, but we will need “pairs of hands” even if just for an hour or two.

Wednesday 14 May – Coffee Morning @ BHH 10 am – 11.30 am
One of our most popular Venues host us again. Raffle, Cakes Stall, catch up on the “news”, just £3 on the Door, what’s not to like??
Tuesday 20 May – 10 am– 4 pm Fish Quay Market
We have been allocated the date by the Harbourmaster so we keep fingers crossed for good weather. Usual Stalls; Crafts, Books, Cakes/Jams, Souvenirs, Tombola, Second Scents, Jigsaws Bric-a-Brac.
