3 Events – Help Needed!!
1. “Yellow Welly Trail” from Thursday 7 to Tuesday 12 August 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Spaces still available to sell Maps to youngsters for this important Fun with Water Safety “education” Event.
2. “Crewfest 25” Saturday 16th August @ Kings Quay 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
TLF will be doing our “bit” to help make this another great success, but to do that we need volunteers to manage the Entrance, counting visitors in and out and keeping our buckets available for donations. The Event was a great success last year, it’s going to be even better this year !!
3. Search & Rescue (SAR) Demo Sunday 17th August 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
The Crew will be taking part in this public demonstration in the Inner Harbour and we have permission from the Harbour Authority to hold a bucket collection. We require 6 volunteers to achieve this.

“Caribbean Festival” If you are at a loss as to what to do tomorrow Sunday 27th why not come down to Brixham Cricket Club for some musical Caribbean flavours provided by the 10-piece “Shine Steel Band”, £15 on the “door”, cards accepted. “Doors” open from 3 p.m. music from 4 p.m. Even have a go at some Limbo “dancing”!!
We are also in discussions with the Crew/Launch Authorities/Water Safety/Media Team about holding a “One Crew Get Together” sometime in September in the Boathouse, watch out for news of that shortly.
