Pirate Weekend – Mayday Stalls 3 May 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
If you can lend a hand to erect the Stalls from 9 a.m. and/or clear up from 4 p.m. please let me know thorppeter13@gmail.com or 855329
If your baking spatula is at a loose end we really could use (and sell) any cakes you can provide (or jams !! ??)
We are quite well covered for Stallholders but if you want to lend a hand for an hour then don’t hesitate to say.
Offshore Food/Music Festival, Princess Gardens, Torquay, 9 & 10 May 10.30 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.
Just a few vacancies to fill 4.30 – 6.30 & 6.30 – 7.30 on Sat and 4.30 – 6.30 on Sunday handing out Wristbands. Again, please let me know if you could fill one of these slots
Mayday Marathon Sunday 31st May @ Brixham Breakwater 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Volunteers to manage the watering/first aid station in our gazebo for an hour or two, as Kevin Smith runs his “Going the Extra Mile” fundraiser on behalf of Torbay Lifeboats. It’s day 2 of the Airshow so what better viewing platform could you wish for?
Crew AGM (“Meet the Crew”) 20th May @ Rugby Club:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are putting this Event on hold until later in the year.
Hope you’ve all got plenty of post-winter stamina, looking at this current Programme, we’re gonna need it !!
