Torbay Lifeboat Fundraisers – Christmas Lunch at Berry Head Hotel

Wednesday 11th December, 12.30 for 1.00 pm

(Numbers will suffice)

  1. Roast Turkey with Pigs in Blankets, Sultana & Chestnut Stuffing, and a Cranberry Compote
  2. Mandarin Glazed Confit Duck Leg with Cherry Jus
  3. Seaweed Herb Crusted Fillet of Market Fish with Bearnaise Sauce
  4. Root Vegetable & Vegan Applewood Cheese Tart with Leek & Spinach Sauce

All served with Roast Potatoes, Crushed Swede, Carrots, Brussels Sprouts & Peas

  1. Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Custard
  2. Spiced Milk Chocolate Mousse with Cinnamon & Nutmeg, Chocolate Soil, Mandarin Gel & Confit Orange
  3. Blackcurrant Bavarois, Lemon Curd, Crispy Meringue & Blackcurrant Gel
  4. Coconut & Cardamon Pannacotta, Mango Jelly, Coconut Crumble and Ginger Biscuit (vegan)
  5. Mincemeat & Vanilla Custard Tart, Orange & White Chocolate Sable Crumb topping & Vanilla Ice Cream

Payment to be by cash or cheque (payee = R.N.L.I.) and may be left at the King’s Quay Shop or at the Kiosk, in an envelope FAO Anne Thorp with your name on.
