Launched to assist a yacht approx half a mile NW of Berry Head following a red flare and Mayday call
One person on board the vessel which had a jammed headsail and engine difficulties. Weather on scene was blowing a steady 45 knots with lively sea conditions.
ALB managed to get two crew aboard who lowered the sails and got the yacht heading for Brixham Harbour where the casualty vessel moored up alongside the marina fuel berth.
