ILB called upon whilst on exercise following a report of two people being blown onto rocks near Thatcher Rock.
Their inflatable had actually punctured and the two people were picked by a passing kayaker who landed them at Beacon Cove where the ILB arrived to learn that they had been in the sea for approx 45 mins with no life jackets.
One of the people had taken on some water and was given oxygen, the ILB stayed remained on scene until handing them over to an ambulance crew.
