Launched to tow a broken down speedboat with four persons on board.
ALB was used as the initial report was for somewhere in Torbay.
No VHF and mobile phone went dead during initial call for assistance.
ALB on scene at 20:55 as Coastguard had passed over the BT final location from mobile phone and another boat was also on location going to assist.
The tow was passed to our ALB and the stricken vessel towed into Torquay harbour.
