Launched for a male in Torquay Harbour near the Banjo.
Called in by Police who heard shouting coming from the area.
The male was apparently searching for his girlfriend?
He was recovered from underneath the Banjo by the three crew members negotiating with him.
Taken to the nearby pontoon and then he was escorted to a waiting Ambulance by ILB crew to be checked over and have superficial cuts to his leg attended too .
