Launched to assist two young persons in the water struggling with a paddle board off Paignton Pier.
There were strong winds that day Force 5 NW and casualties were being blown along the coast.
ILB arrived on scene to find the casualties were ashore.
Ambulance on scene due to casualties having swollowed a lot of water and fatigued!
No assistance given so stood down.
