Reports of a broken down cruiser drifting between Flat Rock and Orestone.
ALB originally tasked but on call back to Solent Coastguard they had got further info and it was 6.3 metres so the ILB went.
Two persons on board, no injuries, both wearing life jackets but no VHF as they had bought the boat that day.
Towed back to Torquay
