Launched following a PAN-PAN call from a German yacht issued on VHF 16 .
Coastguard called us as no other traffic had responded .
A yacht 11 metres long with two POB (persons on board) had suffered steering failure. Position 19 miles SE of Berry Head.
Towed into Dartmouth to allow for lifting out and repair at 09:05
ALB refuelled and ready for service at 10:23.
