Solent Coastguard paged the ILB direct due to report of a person in the water in Torquay Harbour who could not swim, the initial report was that a male was inside Torquay Harbour between Princess Pier and the Marina.
ILB launched, and whilst enroute, the Coastguard advised that the male was on the outside of Princess Pier.
ILB recovered the male [wet & cold] and handed him over to the Coastguard Rescue Team on Haldon Pier/Beacon Quay.
ILB returned to station.
