Shout raised to a comparatively large 43ft motorboat in the Bay, which had called the emergency services to report a person on board had become unwell.
Our volunteers launched the Severn Class all weather lifeboat (ALB) with our Crew Paramedic and our A&E Doctor aboard.
Once at the scene, they both transferred across to the casualty vessel to attend the unwell person and the motorboat was escorted onto Brixham’s harbour ferry jetty.
The patient was cared by our medics until handed over to Ambulance crew for onward transport to Torbay, whereupon our ALB returned to station.
