Incident Date24-07-2022Launch Instruct18:40Lifeboat UsedILB Location of CasualtyOff Paignton beach. Launched following reports of a windsurfer in difficulty north of Paignton Pier.On arrival the person stated he was fine and not in trouble so the ILB returned to station.

Launched to assist two people in a broken down speedboat which had gone aground at Beacon Cove.The ILB picked the two people up and landed them  unharmed at Torquay harbourThe Torquay harbour launch towed the speedboat to Torquay harbour.

Incident Date09-07-2022Launch Instruct15:59Lifeboat UsedILB Location of CasualtyTorquay area. Launched to assist a young male that had dislocated his knee at Natural Arch. Coastguard also on scene, best option was to lower him two metres into the ILB and evacuate him to Beacon Quay to a waiting ambulance.

Initially paged the ILB but after they investigated the ALB was launched to assist. The vessel was towed into the inner harbour as she was taking on water.
