Incident Date26-12-2022Launch Instruct14:35Lifeboat UsedILB Location of CasualtyTorbay area. Launched following reports of a swimmer not making any headway off Thatcher point. Crew searched the area and it was thought that it was a marker buoy at low water moving in the slack water.
