Launched to assist a yacht with two persons on board, which had put out an emergency call.The casualty was drifting just out side the harbour towards the shore with engine problems.ALB took the vessel under tow to a safe mooring in Brixham.

Incident Date18-06-2022Launch Instruct18:30Lifeboat UsedALB Location of CasualtyRoundham Head area. Launched to attend four jet skis (PWC) towing a fifth jet ski approx 0.5 mile off Roundham Head and making very slow progress. Once on scene the jet skiers stated they were happy and proceeded under their own power to Torquay. The ALB stood down.

Launched after a request from  the Coastguards to search after a ‘pan pan’ had been received.The coastguard helicopter had been following a  search pattern but was called away to a medevac.The ALB continued the search pattern but nothing was found and the ALB was stood down.

Launched to assist an 11m yacht stuck on the weather buoy off Torquay.The vessel was released by the ALB, then towed into Torquay harbour and handed over to the harbour and marina team who moored her up.
