Incident Date02-05-2023Launch Instruct13:33Lifeboat UsedILB Location of CasualtyBerry Head area. Launched to a person that had fallen on the south side of Berry Head.ILB landed two crew members who assessed the casualty while awaiting the arrival of the Coastguard rescue helicopter.The casualty was then air lifted to the helicopter and flown to hospital.

Directed the Coastguard to location and they recovered dog. It was not accessible to our crew as only 20 ft from top of the cliff.
